INITIAL ASSESSMENT

You will be asked to complete a short initial assessment in Literacy and Numeracy, this can be completed either on computer or paper-based. You will need to let us know on your application form which you prefer. If you feel you will have problems completing the assessment please contact the Recruitment & Guidance Officer on the above telephone number, in order that alternative arrangements can be made.

YOUR INTERVIEW

Once you have successfully completed your initial assessment you will be asked to attend an interview at our Gants Hill offices with a member of our occupational teams to discuss your commitment to the Apprenticeship Programme. If you have been unsuccessful you will have the opportunity to meet with our Recruitment and Guidance Officer for further support and guidance. You will be required to bring your GCSE certificates to your interview

INDUCTION

Once a suitable employer has been found or if you are already employed, you will need to attend a two day induction programme at our Gants Hill offices. This will give you further information on the Apprenticeship Programme and give you the opportunity to meet your fellow Apprentices and to ask any question you have about your training.
